Deutlich höherer Zuwachs an Pflegefällen in Deutschland: Handlungsbedarf steigt

Im Jahr 2023 verzeichnete Deutschland einen deutlich höheren Zuwachs an Pflegefällen als in den Vorjahren. Seit der Einführung der Pflegegrade im Jahr 2016 ist die Anzahl der Pflegebedürftigen kontinuierlich gestiegen, erreichte jedoch im vergangenen Jahr ein neues Rekordhoch. Nach Angaben des Spitzenverbands der Gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung (GKV) ist die Zunahme im Jahr 2023 besonders bemerkenswert und weist auf potenzielle Herausforderungen im Gesundheitswesen hin.

Statt Zuwanderung qualifizierter Fachkräfte sollen die Apotheken-Mitarbeiter mehr arbeiten

Diese Idee findet insbesondere bei den Unionsparteien Zustimmung, die finanzielle Anreize als Motivation für längere Arbeitszeiten anbieten.
