OVG entscheidet zu Anforderungen an die Aufbewahrung von Waffenschrankschlüsseln

Am 30. August 2023 hat das Oberverwaltungsgericht Nordrhein-Westfalen (OVG NRW) ein wegweisendes Urteil gefällt, das die Anforderungen an die Aufbewahrung von Waffenschrankschlüsseln klärt und gleichzeitig eine wichtige rechtliche Präzedenz setzt. Das Gericht entschied, dass Schlüssel zu einem Waffenschrank in einem Behältnis aufzubewahren sind, das den gesetzlichen Sicherheitsstandards für die Aufbewahrung von Waffen und Munition entspricht.
