5-DoF- und X-Achsen-Gyro im SOIC-16: Kombinierter Hochleistungs-Gyroskop und Beschleunigungsmesser von muRata

muRata stellt seine bewährte MEMS-Technologie, die bereits in den umspritzten 32-Pin-Gehäusen verwendet wurde, in einem neuen 5-DoF-Hochleistungsprodukt sowie einem einzelnen x-Achsen-Gyro vor. Beide Komponenten, der SCC und der SCR, werden in einem 16-poligen SOIC-Gehäuse seit kurzem angeboten. Diese werden für Betriebstemperaturen zwischen -40 °C und +110 °C spezifiziert ist und bieten eine Winkelrate von +/- 300 °/s für die X- oder X/Z-Achse. ­
