DGNB Diamant für KII – wir sind stolz!

Das 2020 fertiggestellte KII Ensemble wurde im Februar 2023 für seine bemerkenswerte und ambitionierte Architektur aus der Feder des Architekturbüros Ingenhoven mit dem DGNB Diamond Award ausgezeichnet. Die seltene Anerkennung ist eine Ergänzung zur DGNB Platin-Zertifizierung, die KII für seinen höchsten jemals für ein gewerbliches Gebäude erreichten Nachhaltigkeitsgrad erhielt.

Perfekt kombiniert: Moderne Glaslösungen und Industriegeschichte

In Köln ist mit dem Projekt "Clouth 104" ein einzigartiges Quartier zum Wohnen und Arbeiten entstanden. Dabei wurden auf dem Gelände der alten Gummiwarenfabrik Franz Clouth die alten Ziegelsteingemäuer mit modernen Funktionsgläsern kombiniert. Das außergewöhnliche Projekt erfüllt hohe ökologische Standards und hat die DGNB Platin Zertifizierung erhalten.
