In addition to our large selection of LED chips and laser diodes, we also offer detector chips that are sensitive to wavelengths ranging from 390 to 1680 nm.

PHOTODIODES convert light directly into a current flow, whereby the current is proportional to the light intensity. 

They have a simple design and fast response time, but lower sensitivity than phototransistors. 

Similar to a photodiode, a PHOTOTRANSISTOR converts light into a current flow. Additionally, the transistor amplifies this current through transistor amplification.

OUR PRODUCT OFFER:
  • Silicon photodiode chips and phototransistor chips that are sensitive in the 400-1100 nm wavelength range
  • InGaAs photodiode chips in the near infrared wavelength range of 950-1680 nm
  • Photodetector arrays with individually addressable photodiodes
  • Infrared bandpass PIN photodiode chip in 28 mil and 825-875 nm
