Neue RFID-Chips für noch zuverlässigere Identifikation und Lokalisation von metallischen Objekten

Metallische Objekte mit absoluter Sicherheit identifizieren oder finden zu können, ist für viele Bereiche interessant. Vor allem – aber nicht nur – bei chirurgischen Anwendungen ist eine berührungslose hundertprozentige Erfassung des metallischen Gegenstands von großem Vorteil. Forscher der Hahn-Schickard-Gesellschaft haben nun eine Technologie entwickelt, die eine exakte Identifizierung von metallischen Objekten zulässt und die elektromagnetischen Reflexions-Effekte reduziert.
