Beide Unternehmen unterstützen UNICEF zur Förderung von sauberem Trinkwasser in Afrika

Heute, am letzten Tag der 7. Internationale SAP Utilities Conference 2009 in München, überreichen StreamServe und SAP dem Kinderhilfswerk der Vereinten Nationen einen Scheck in Höhe von 20.000 Euro. Mit dem Geld plant die Hilfsorganisation, in Äthiopien Brunnen und Latrinen zu bauen sowie an Schulen und mit Veranstaltungen über Hygieneregeln aufzuklären.

Äthiopien ist eines der trockensten Länder der Erde. Rund 80 Prozent der Bewohner haben nicht genügend sauberes Wasser zum Leben.
