Linear Technology präsentiert den LTC1728H-5, einen winzigen, präzisen Dreifach-Betriebsspannungsmonitor, der für den Betriebstemperaturbereich von -40°C bis +125°C spezifiziert ist. Der LTC1728H-5 überwacht eine 5V- und eine 3,3V-Betriebsspannung sowie eine Schwellenspannung, die über einen externen Widerstandsspannungsteiler programmierbar ist. Auf diese Weise können Spannung bis hinab zu 1V überwacht werden. Der LTC1728 besitzt ein winziges, 5-poliges SOT-23-Gehäuse und ist der kleinste Dreifach-Betriebsspannungsmonitor am Markt. Der Chip begnügt sich mit einem Betriebsstrom von nur 10uA (typ.) aus den zu überwachenden Quellen; er ist eine energiesparende, zuverlässige Lösung für platzbegrenzte Hochtemperaturanwendungen.
