Hilscher präsentiert auf der Hannover Messe ihre neue auf dem netX-Controller basierende Produktreihe netPLC. netPLC kombiniert Feldbus und Steuerung in einem Chip, integriert auf einer gebrauchsfertigen Hardware. Communication & Control - Standard-Hardware, Standard-Software, einfach einstecken und sicher loslegen ganz ohne Entwicklungsrisiko. Sowohl das Feldbusprotokoll wie auch die embedded SPS-Funktionalität werden autark und unabhängig von der jeweiligen Zielplattform abgehandelt.

Mit Profibus-DP Master und wahlweise IEC-61131 oder später STEP 7 kompatibler SPS ausgestattet, leiten die Produkte NPLC-C100-DP als PCI PC-Einsteckkarte und NPLC-M100-DP als OEM-Aufsteckmodul die Ära der netPLC Produktreihe ein.
