Generalversammlung genehmigt alle Anträge des Verwaltungsrates

Auf der heutigen Generalversammlung der Highlight Communications AG für das Geschäftsjahr 2013 haben die Aktionärinnen und Aktionäre des Unternehmens allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrates nahezu einstimmig zugestimmt.

- Alle Mitglieder des Verwaltungsrates wurden für ihre Tätigkeit im Geschäftsjahr 2013 entlastet. Anschliessend wurden sie für eine weitere Amtsperiode wiedergewählt, die mit dem Abschluss der nächsten ordentlichen Generalversammlung endet.
- Für die gleiche Amtsdauer wurde Herr Bernhard Burgener zum Präsidenten des Verwaltungsrates wiedergewählt.
- Der Jahresbericht, die Konzernrechnung und die Jahresrechnung für das Geschäftsjahr 2013 wurden genehmigt.
