Am 01.01.2012 startete der Geschäftsbereich Real Estate Industry bei der FlowFact AG, jetzt wird eine erste Bilanz gezogen. Das Ergebnis: Die Umsätze sind um 50 Prozent gewachsen. Die Leistungsmerkmale des Geschäftsbereiches, der sich ausschließlich um Großkunden der Immobilienbranche kümmert, sind persönliche Key-Account-Betreuung, ein eigenes Help Desk und ein Produktmanagement, das über einen eigenen Themenkanal filtert und umsetzt, welche Bedürfnisse Großkunden haben. Geleitet wird der Bereich von Vice President Steffen Schaack.
