Die Deka Immobilien GmbH hat den Logistikkomplex "311-315 Half Acre Road" in Cranbury, New Jersey verkauft. Das Gebäude gehörte bislang zum Liegen­schaftsbestand des Individualfonds Deka-S-PropertyFund No. 1 und verfügt über eine Gesamtmietfläche von rund 88.000 qm. Davon entfallen rund 85.000 qm auf Lagerflächen, 2.000 qm auf angeschlossene Büroflächen und rund 1.000 qm auf Einzelhandelsflächen. Käufer ist Duke Realty, ein an der New Yorker Börse notiertes US-Immobilienunternehmen. Über den Kauf­preis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart. Die Immobilie liegt im Teilmarkt Exit 8A im Norden New Jerseys. "311-315 Half Acre Road" wurde 2002 errichtet und im Jahr 2007 erweitert.
