Das Bundesfinanzministerium hat einen ersten Entwurf der Lohnsteuerrichtlinien 2008 vorgelegt. Wesentliche Änderungen ergeben sich demnach überwiegend im Reisekostenrecht, wo die Nachweispflichten deutlich verschärft werden sollen.
