Das neue Sub-System zum Laserschneiden von Coherent kombiniert einen Hochleistungs-UV-Laser und eine Präzisions-Scan-Optik, um einen schnellen Durchsatz und eine außergewöhnliche Schnittqualität bei der Bearbeitung von Wafern, SIPs und Leiterplatten zu erzielen. Das PowerLine AVIA NX kombiniert eine 40 Watt Laserquelle aus der Coherent AVIA®-Serie mit einem zweiachsigen Galvanometer-Deflektor, einem Strahlaufweiter und einer F-Theta-Scanlinse (mit einem Sichtfeld, das groß genug ist, um einen 300 mm-Wafer oder eine Leiterplatte abzudecken). Diese Kombination erzeugt kleine Fokusdurchmesser mit hoher Positioniergenauigkeit und Stabilität auf der Arbeitsoberfläche, um feine Strukturen und schmale Schnitte mit minimaler Wärmeeinflusszone zu erzeugen.
