Amprion erweitert Geschäftsführung

Der Aufsichtsrat der Amprion GmbH hat am 26. November 2019 beschlossen, die Geschäftsführung zu erweitern, und beruft zum 1. April 2020 Peter Rüth als Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in die Geschäftsführung. Dr. Hans-Jürgen Brick übernimmt zusätzlich zu seiner Funktion als Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) den Vorsitz der Geschäftsführung.

Heinz-Werner Ufer, Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender der Amprion GmbH, sagte: „Der Umfang und die inhaltliche Verantwortung von Amprion beim Umbau unseres Energiesystems sind nochmals deutlich angestiegen. Dadurch hat auch der Aufgabenumfang der Geschäftsführung zugenommen und wird nun auf zusätzliche Schultern verteilt.
