Identification, verification and quality inspection with GAMP-compliant machine vision solutions

VITRONIC at MEDTEC 2012

(PresseBox) (Wiesbaden, )
At MEDTEC, from March 13 - 15 in Stuttgart, VITRONIC presents itself as an international supplier of turn-key machine vision solutions for the pharmaceutical industry and medical engineering with almost three decades of experience. This comprises advice during planning, conception, realization and implementation as well as the service required after-wards. With over 400 employees, including almost 200 engineers, VITRONIC has realized installations in more than 50 countries around the world.

In contrast to providers of intelligent cameras or machine vision off the shelf VITRONIC offers GAMP-compliant, real turn-key machine vision solutions in accordance with customer specifications for quality inspection, identification and verification. The analysis of the task forms the basis, followed by the conception of an appropriate solution to which the comprehensive process knowledge of our VITRONIC engineers makes a significant contribution. A solution is offered as a result of the conception which comprises the entire engineering as well as suitable sensors and appropriate software. Finally, the solution is realized together with the construction, software modifications and documentation.

On-site engineers provide genuine turn-key solutions. They integrate the different machine vision solutions into production lines. What is special about this is that the various systems in a produc-tion line can be accessed from one computer thanks to a higher-level control concept. This allows, for example, parameters to be changed, status messages to be retrieved and images to be viewed.Training of the team of operators ensures trouble-free operation.

After commissioning, VITRONIC offers comprehensive support for the machine vision solutions – a prerequisite for the maximization of investment security. Additionally, a large team of experts is available at any time to competently react to the changing requirements customers impose on the machine vision solutions.
