Our innovative spray coating system allows for 6-sided coating of battery cells in various formats without the need for retooling. Utilizing 100% UV lacquer in a single pass, we increase production speeds while significantly reducing costs associated with the previous foiling process. Independent tests have demonstrated that our UV coatings outperform adhesive films in both mechanical and electrical tests, especially under extreme conditions.
