For several years, the company, together with its technology partner WO-TECH, has been developing extremely low-vibration roller coating machines for the application of paints, fillers or hot-melt adhesives. For the Ligna, one machine was equipped with a soft roller. This coated furniture fronts with large profile depths with a UV coating material, which was then cured using LED UV.

Developed modifications to the pumps for the spray coating media allow coating material to be saved in the case of rinsing losses.

The combined recirculation system can, for example, in addition to the spray booth, also supply a 10-level dryer with the humidified air.
A separate water circuit could be dispensed with.
