Die Umsetzung der NIS2-Richtlinie stellt Unternehmen nicht nur technisch, sondern auch organisatorisch vor neue Herausforderungen. Besonders der Personalbereich gerät in den Fokus – hier fordert NIS2 ein systematisches Risikomanagement, unter anderem und einschließlich der Prüfung von Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Sicherheit von Mitarbeitenden.
