The Tentamus Group is pleased to announce that Mandy Deimel will join the company on November 1st, 2025, as Managing Director Pharma DACH. In this role, Mandy will lead VelaLabs, taking over from Peder Andersen, who has served as Interim Managing Director since June 2025. She will also assume the position of Managing Director of Tentamus Pharma und Med Deutschland GmbH. Mandy Deimel brings extensive experience in the life sciences sector. She has held multiple Managing Director roles with full P&L responsibility across international organizations in pharma, diagnostics, biotech, and medical devices. Her expertise spans GxP compliance (GMP, GLP, GCLP), regulatory affairs, and pharmaceutical quality systems, and she has successfully led organizational restructuring, scale-up projects, and GMP-compliant clean room expansions. Mandy has also worked closely with regulatory bodies such as the FDA, EMA, and German authorities (e.g., LGL Bayern), ensuring operational excellence and compliance across all functions.
Most recently, Mandy served as Managing Director of the Pharma and Diagnostics Division at Eurofins Genomics Europe, overseeing four legal entities and driving strategic realignment and operational development. She holds an Executive MBA from the TUM School of Management, graduated with distinction, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, demonstrating her commitment to operational excellence, cultural change leadership, and sustainable growth.
