OceanaGold refinanziert revolvierende Kreditlinie mit verbesserten Konditionen

OceanaGold Corporation (TSX:OGC, OTCQX:OCANF) ("OceanaGold" oder das "Unternehmen") - https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/oceanagold-corp/ - gibt bekannt, dass es seine revolvierende Kreditlinie refinanziert hat. Die neue Fazilität wird von einer Gruppe von sieben führenden internationalen Banken unterstützt, von denen fünf an der vorherigen revolvierenden Kreditfazilität beteiligt waren.  

Wichtigste Highlights
  • Neue Fazilität zur Bereitstellung eines zugesagten Bankkredits in Höhe von insgesamt 200 Mio. USD zuzüglich einer Akkordeonvereinbarung über 50 Mio. USD, die die vorherige Fazilität ersetzt.
  • Vierjährige Fazilität mit einer Laufzeit bis zum 31. Dezember 2027.
  • Bessere kommerzielle Bedingungen als bei der vorherigen Fazilität.
Marius van Niekerk, Chief Financial Officer von OceanaGold, sagte: "Wir freuen uns, dass eine hoch angesehene und globale Bankengruppe sich verpflichtet hat, diese neue Fazilität zur Verfügung zu stellen, die es uns ermöglicht, eine erhebliche finanzielle Flexibilität zu geringeren Kosten zu erhalten. Die neue Fazilität passt unsere Liquiditätsanforderungen an unseren Kapitalmanagementplan an, der sowohl unser prognostiziertes Produktionswachstum als auch unsere spannende organische Wachstumspipeline berücksichtigt."
