Neues Update zum Verkauf des Goldprojekts Kouri

Der westafrikanische Goldexplorer Golden Rim Resources Ltd. (ASX: GMR; Golden Rim oder Unternehmen - https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/golden-rim-resources-ltd/) gibt hiermit ein Update in Bezug auf den Erhalt der Zahlungen für den Verkauf seiner Vermögenswerte in Burkina Faso bekannt.

Auf Ersuchen des Käufers, BAOR SARL, hat Golden Rim BAOR SARL eine zweiwöchige Verlängerung gewährt, um die Finanzierungsvereinbarungen zu erfüllen. Die erste und zweite Zahlung in Höhe von insgesamt 6.000.000 US-Dollar sind nun bis Montag, den 15. August fällig. Die Aktienverkaufsvereinbarung sieht vor, dass für die ausständigen Beträge eine einfache Verzinsung in Höhe von 8 % gilt.
