Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc ("Caledonia" oder das "Unternehmen" - https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/caledonia-mining-corporation-plc/) gibt bekannt, dass es vor kurzem erfahren hat, dass VanEck Vectors Junior Gold Miners ETF ("VanEck") auf seiner Website bekannt gibt, dass es eine Beteiligung an insgesamt 473.246 Caledonia-Aktien hält, was 3,90 % des ausgegebenen Aktienkapitals von Caledonia entspricht, und dementsprechend ein bedeutender Anteilseigner ist (gemäß der Definition in den AIM Rules for Companies).

Das Unternehmen hat sich an VanEck gewandt, um eine Bestätigung der auf seiner Website angegebenen Beteiligung zu erhalten, und wird bei Bedarf eine weitere Aktualisierung vornehmen.
