Mitte Juni ist die vor vier Jahren angestoßene Reform der Derivateregulierung EMIR nach langem Ringen in Kraft getreten. Seitdem gilt: In Sachen Clearingpflicht wird es einfacher! Die neuen Regelungen vereinfachen die Arbeit der Treasury Abteilungen in den Konzernen. Allerdings gibt es aktuell noch keine Umsetzung der Neuregelung im SAP-Standard. BDF EXPERTS entwickelte deshalb eine Erweiterung auf Basis des SAP-Standards, die die neuen Richtlinien berücksichtigt.
