Aktienrückkaufprogramm beendet

Das vom Verwaltungsrat der OC Oerlikon Corporation AG, Pfäffikon am 8. August 2007 beschlossene und am 9. August 2007 begonnene Aktienrückkaufprogramm im Umfang von maximal 2.59 % des Aktienkapitals ist am 12. Mai 2009 (Datum der ordentlichen Generalversammlung 2009) abgelaufen. Im Rahmen dieses Programms wurden insgesamt 289 954 Aktien (2.05 %) der OC Oerlikon Corporation AG, Pfäffikon zum Marktpreis erworben. Der letzte Aktienrückkauf im Rahmen des Rückkaufprogramms erfolgte im Februar 2008. OC Oerlikon Corporation AG, Pfäffikon hält gegenwärtig 1 329 164 eigene Aktien, was 9.40 % des Aktienkapitals entspricht.
