The efficiency potential is illustrated through an ongoing large‑scale project in which approximately 30,000 devices across seven logistics sites and 1,500 retail stores are managed using Operate.

We now identify disruptions by manufacturer instantly and detect batch defects at an early stage, enabling targeted corrective actions,” explains Jan Camen, CIO and Head of Logistics at EDEKA Minden-Hannover. “We can immediately see the number of issues per manufacturer and understand which device groups are affected.
