Gepulste Faserlaser von Manlight auf der LASYS 2010: Laser für schnelle Anwendungen im Bereich der Laser-Materialbearbeitung

Mit dem ML30-PL-R-OEM Laser von Manlight ist jetzt ein Faserlaser mit Pulsdauern von < 50 ns für die industrielle Materialbearbeitung mit entsprechend hohen Pulsleistungen (> 20 kW) verfügbar.

Die hohe Repetitionsrate im Bereich von 20 - 100 kHz ermöglicht darüber hinaus eine schnelle und somit ökonomische Laserbearbeitung. Für Markieranwendungen mit Farbumschlag kann der Laser in den cw-Betrieb umgestellt werden.

Ein einfacher Service dieser Laser ist durch die Austauschmöglichkeit des Pumpdiodenmoduls vor Ort gewährleistet. Die Laser-Ansteuerung ist kompatibel zu bestehenden gepulsten Faserlasern.

Laserpointer und Isolator (zur Unterdrückung von Rückreflexen) gehören zur Standardkonfiguration. Ebenfalls verfügbar sind Laser mit einer niedrigeren Pulsenergie (0,25 µJ und 0,5 µJ).
