YelloSun was looking for an efficient, scalable solution with a seamlessly integrated website, Internet Booking Engine (IBE), and booking system.

The new Sun&Beach IBE is locally adapted and internationally compatible
The IBE "Sun&Beach" was developed in collaboration with ISO Travel Solutions GmbH. It was designed for classic Mediterranean package tours and localized for Benelux requirements, including tax logic, legal requirements, and multilingual features. This solution meets the highest standards of performance, user guidance, and mobile-first design for e-commerce. The ISO reservation system Pacific ensures consistent control of all processes, from the production of offers and pricing to agency billing. For YelloSun, Pacific serves as the primary data source for all front-end systems and sales channels.
Dynamic packages and exclusive Flight Inventory
A key component of the technological integration is the connection to external flight databases through the ISO Travel Broker interface. This gives YelloSun direct access to scheduled and low-cost flights, including additional services, such as baggage upgrades. It also integrates these services into the package price calculation in real-time. YelloSun places particular emphasis on the smart integration of exclusive flight quotas, for example from Brussels Airlines or Nouvelair. These are particularly attractive due to a special discount strategy and strengthen YelloSun's market position. The dynamically calculated packages, which include flights, hotels, transfers, and additional services, are stored in a powerful cache and are available for fast, customer-oriented searches in the IBE.
In addition to its own booking channel, which directs bookings to licensed agencies, YelloSun utilizes external sales channels. The OTDS format is used for this purpose and, in cooperation with Dutch IT specialist Netmatch, is also converted into EDF for distribution via OTA platforms. The ISO system architecture enables maximum flexibility and connectivity.
