Exaktera LLC, (“Exaktera”), a Union Park Capital (“Union Park”) portfolio company, is pleased to announce its acquisition of autoVimation GmbH (“autoVimation”), a leading manufacturer of high-performance enclosures and mounting solutions for industrial cameras, lighting, and related vision system components. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Rheinstetten, Germany, autoVimation is globally recognized for its rugged, precisely engineered protective enclosures and specialized accessories that enable the deployment of vision systems in virtually any demanding environments. The company will become the fifth operating asset alongside Z-Laser, ProPhotonix, Advanced Illumination, and iiM to further strengthen Exaktera’s position as a global leader in machine vision and photonic technologies.
