EPG Expands Presence in the CEE Growth Region

(PresseBox) (Boppard-Buchholz, )
The markets in Central and Eastern Europe are among the most dynamic growth regions in European logistics. Driven by the nearshoring trend, the expansion of e-commerce, and rising demand for automation, numerous companies are investing in modern warehouse and distribution centers. Against this backdrop, EPG (Ehrhardt Partner Group) is consistently pursuing its international growth strategy and strengthening its sales presence in Eastern Europe. With the appointment of Szymon Kwaskiewicz as the new Sales Manager, the company gains an experienced logistics expert with a long-standing career in intralogistics. The goal is to further expand the customer base in the region, tap into new industries, and sustainably reinforce EPG’s position as a leading partner for holistic supply chain solutions.

Szymon Kwaskiewicz brings more than twelve years of experience in intralogistics. During this time, he has overseen a wide range of projects, spanning from traditional manual warehouse structures to highly automated distribution centers and complex IT architectures. Throughout his career, he has placed particular emphasis on the seamless integration of hardware, software, and processes in order to create resilient, end-to-end supply chains. “The future of logistics lies in intelligent IT. Only data-driven systems enable companies to create transparency, unlock efficiency potential, and scale structures sustainably,” Kwaskiewicz emphasizes. “With the EPG ONE Suite, we have a platform that ideally meets these requirements. I look forward to working with our customers in Eastern Europe to design powerful and future-proof logistics solutions.”

Strategic Focus in Poland and Eastern Europe

The Central and Eastern European region is considered a logistics hub between Western and Eastern Europe and benefits from massive investments in infrastructure, e-commerce, and nearshoring. Poland has established itself as a central location from which numerous international companies manage their European supply chains. Against this backdrop, Kwaskiewicz is focusing on expanding the customer base in key industries such as retail, automotive, manufacturing, and third-party logistics. By actively participating in leading trade fairs and industry events, as well as building a regional partner network, the visibility of EPG solutions in the region is set to increase significantly.

LFS and WCS as Growth Drivers

A central element of his strategy is built around the core solutions LFS and WCS. The LFS Warehouse Management System provides companies with a powerful platform to manage all warehouse processes with transparency and efficiency. The WCS Warehouse Control System complements this foundation by intelligently orchestrating automation technologies such as conveyor systems, shuttles, AutoStore, or autonomous vehicles.

“LFS and WCS are the two pillars driving sustainable growth in the region. They enable step-by-step automation while ensuring maximum process reliability,” Kwaskiewicz emphasizes. Complemented by solutions such as LYDIA Voice for voice-directed processes, Workforce Management for staff scheduling, and TIMESQUARE for KPI monitoring, the EPG ONE Suite offers a comprehensive portfolio that supports companies through every stage of their digital transformation.

Future Outlook in a Dynamic Market

The markets in Central and Eastern Europe are undergoing profound change. The ongoing shortage of skilled labor requires new approaches to recruitment and workforce management. E-commerce continues to grow at double-digit rates, putting pressure on companies to optimize delivery speed, storage density, and last-mile logistics. At the same time, geopolitical uncertainties are influencing investment decisions and the design of global supply chains. “Companies in the region need solutions that can be deployed pragmatically in the short term while remaining scalable in the long term,” says Kwaskiewicz. “This is exactly where the EPG ONE Suite comes in, providing the technological foundation for efficiency, resilience, and competitiveness.”

With his many years of experience and strong focus on IT-driven solutions, Kwaskiewicz brings precisely the expertise that companies in this environment need. For EPG, his appointment represents an important strategic step toward seizing the opportunities in the region and driving consistent growth.
