Dymax, ein globaler Hersteller von schnell lichthärtenden Materialien und Geräten, stellt vom 24. bis 25. September 2025 auf der Fachmesse MedTech Ireland in Galway, Irland, aus. Dymax-Experten stehen im zweiten Stock, Stand 234, für Gespräche und Fragen zu jeglichen Anwendungen zur Verfügung.

Dymax stellt lichthärtende Lösungen für die Montage medizinischer Geräte vor, die sich durch folgende Merkmale auszeichnen:
  • Sekundenschnelles Kleben zur Steigerung der Fertigungseffizienz
  • Visuelle Aushärtungsbestätigung und fluoreszierende Indikatoren
  • Formulierungen ohne Zusatz von Lösungsmitteln und TPO
Die Ausstellung umfasst Dymax 1405M-T-UR-SC, ein TPO-freier Klebstoff mit See-Cure-Farbwechsel- und Ultra-Red®-Fluoreszenztechnologien zur Aushärtungsbestätigung und -kontrolle. Ebenfalls vorgestellt wird Dymax HLC-M-1000, das eine hybride lichthärtende Klebstofftechnologie nutzt, um sowohl bei Licht oder Dunkelheit zu härten als auch bei schattigen Bereichen durch Kontakt-/Feuchtigkeitshärtung. Besucher erleben am Dymax-Messestand wie die Lichthärtungssysteme BlueWave® QX4 und AX-550 eine präzise und hochintensive Aushärtung ermöglichen.
