Workshop "Hands-on Elektronenmikroskopie" - Lösungen zur Analyse von Beschichtungsstoffen am REM

In Zusammenarbeit mit der LOT QuantumDesign GmbH dreht sich am 01. und 02.02.2017 im DFO-Workshop „Hands-on Elektronenmikroskopie“ mit dem Schwerpunkt „Beschichtungen“ alles rund um das Thema Oberflächenanalytik mittels der Rasterelektronenmikroskopie. Ziel des Workshops ist es, den Teilnehmern die richtigen Werkzeuge für eine fundierte REM-Analyse in die Hand zu geben und dieses Wissen in praktischen Sessions anzuwenden. Die Ausrichtung des Seminars ist dabei einsteigerorientiert.

Zu den Inhalten gehören die Bildinterpretation von Rückstreu- und Sekundärelektronen-Abbildungen, Analysestrategien für die Elementanalyse (EDX) sowie eine sinnvolle Probenpräparation im Hinblick auf typische Fragestellungen der Oberflächenanalytik.
