Ein führendes Zertifizierungs- und Prüflabor in Thailand setzt beim EVSE und EV Testing erneut auf comemso und modernisiert seine bestehende Umgebung (im Einsatz seit 2018) mit der neuesten Generation an Hard- und Software. Die Installation umfasst zwei comemso EV Charging Analyzer (EVCA) und ermöglicht parallele Ladetests an zwei Prüflingen (EV oder EVSE) oder einen kombinierten Betrieb mit bis zu 320 kW – vollautomatisiert und sicher umschaltbar. Das System ist der 350-kW-Klasse zugeordnet und adressiert High-Power-Anwendungen in EV Test und EVSE Testing.

Technische Highlights und Use Cases:
  • Umfassende AC- & DC-(CCS)-Prüfungen inkl. Fehlersimulation gemäß IEC 61851-23 – unerlässlich für die EVSE Tests in Bezug auf Leistungsfähigkeit, Sicherheit und Robustheit
  • Zwei 160-kW-Batterie-Emulatoren (Gustav Klein) für realitätsnahe EV Simulation
  • EMC-Link-Integration für Prüfungen in der EMV-Kammer
  • Schulung auf der comframe-Software für intuitive, automatisierte Testabläufe
Mit dem Upgrade ist das Labor optimal für Hochleistungs-EV- und Ladeinfrastruktur-Prüfungen gerüstet: von der Entwicklung über Validierung bis End-of-Line-Tests (EOL). Die modulare Architektur und die Flexibilität von comframe machen das System zukunftssicher und skalierbar – passend für EVSE Tester-Anforderungen in Labor, Produktion und EMV-Umgebungen.

Der Kunde vertraut seit 2018 auf e-Mobility Testlösungen von comemso und hat sein Setup aufgrund der langjährigen Zufriedenheit nun erweitert und modernisiert.
