Hauptversammlung der Beta Systems Software AG fand in Berlin statt

Auf der ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der Beta Systems Software AG (BSS, ISIN DE0005224406), die am 14. Mai 2008 in Berlin stattfand, wurden der Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat für das Geschäftsjahr 2007 entlastet. Zum Abschlussprüfer für das Geschäftsjahr 2008 wurde die KPMG Deutsche Treuhand-Gesellschaft Aktiengesellschaft Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Berlin, gewählt.

Beschlussvorschläge der Verwaltung zur Ermächtigung des Vorstands zum Erwerb und zur Verwendung eigener Aktien sowie zur Schaffung eines neuen Genehmigten Kapitals 2008 fanden nicht die erforderliche Mehrheit der Hauptversammlung.
