CAN-PCIe-Karten sind eine gute Lösung für Anwendungen, die eine schnelle und zuverlässige CAN-Datenübertragung über mehrere Kanäle benötigen. Kvaser ist einer der führenden Anbieter beim Thema CAN-Kommunikation und Datenlogging. Jetzt wurde das Produktspektrum um eine kompakte, 8-kanalige CAN-PCIE-Karte für CAN und CAN-FD erweitert. Auch die Kombination mehrerer Karten in einem System ist möglich. Typische Anwendungen sind Testumgebungen im automotive Sektor und beim Batteriemanagement oder bildgebende Verfahren in Medizingeräten.

Die Kvaser PCIe 8xCAN (73-30130-01512-8) ist eine Echtzeit-CAN/CAN-FD-Karte mit 8 CAN-Kanälen, die nur einen Single-PCI-Express x1 Slot benötigt. Mit einer Zeitstempelauflösung von nur 1 μs und einer maximalen Nachrichtenrate von 20000 msg/s pro Kanal sowie erweiterten Funktionen wie Silent-Mode, Error-Frame-Erkennung und -Generierung kann diese innovative CAN-Karte in eine Vielzahl von Embedded-Systemen integriert werden.

Kvaser CAN-Interfaces zeichnen sich durch Eigenschaften wie einfache Handhabung (Plug&Play), hohe Zuverlässigkeit und schnelle Verfügbarkeit aus. Diverse kostenfreie Software-Tools für die Entwicklung oder CAN-Bus-Analyse und Treiber für Windows und Linux runden das Lieferprogramm ab.
