Dein Beitrag im Team wird es sein:
  • First- und Second-Level Support für unsere Softwarelösungen
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung/Qualifizierung von Anfragen unserer Kund:innen
  • Installation unserer Softwarelösungen bei Kund:innen und in der ibo-Cloud
  • Unterstützung des Test-Teams bei neuem Softwarerelease
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement und der Entwicklung
Dein Profil:
  • Eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich
  • Erfahrungen mit Windows-Betriebssystemen
  • Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kund:innen und daran, Fehlerquellen ausfindig zu machen
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und professioneller Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Erfahrungen im IT-Support von Vorteil
  • Ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Eigenverantwortliches und sorgfältiges Arbeiten
  • Problemlöser
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
