Deine Aufgaben:
  • Unterstützung der Buchhaltung
  • Belegbearbeitung ggf. mit Vorkontierung entsprechender Sachkonten
  • Vorbereitung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Prüfung und Verbuchung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
  • Ablage von Verträgen und Belegen (Eingangsrechnungen, Kreditoren-, Debitorenverträge, Reisekostenbelege)
  • anfallende Aufgaben im Bereich Finanz- und Bilanzbuchhaltung
Dein Profil:
  • eingeschriebene:r Student:in (m/w/d) in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Studium, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen oder Vorkenntnissen im Bereich Buchhaltung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Excel und MS Word
  • Kenntnisse in MS Dynamics NAV wünschenswert
  • zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
