Die Commerz Grundbesitz-Investmentgesellschaft mbH (CGI) in Wiesbaden hat die x.project AG mit der Dokumentation ihres gesamten Immobilienbestandes beauftragt. Mit Hilfe der automatisierten Dokumentationslösung von x.project "x.CAD-View"
verfügt die CGI über einen schnellen Zugriff sämtlicher technischer Gebäudedaten ihres europaweiten Immobilienbestandes. Diese werden inhaltlich strukturiert grafisch dargestellt und können dank der schnellen Darstellungsgeschwindigkeit online über das Internet bearbeitet werden.

Außerdem können die verschiedenen Darstellungsebenen nach Belieben kopiert, gespeichert, maßstabsgerecht gedruckt und gemailt werden.

Die Dokumentationslösung "x.CAD-View" gestaltet nicht nur die Objektverwaltung effizienter, sondern kann auch als Marketing-Tool eingesetzt werden. "Von sämtlichen Flächen und Ansichten können Fotos erstellt und online verfügbar gemacht werden. Dadurch
