Volkswagen begrüßt die Entscheidung des Genfer Staatsrates, den diesjährigen Genfer Automobil-Salon abzusagen. Dies ist eine Entscheidung im Sinne der Sicherheit aller Teilnehmer wie auch unserer Mitarbeiter. Die Marke Volkswagen wird als Alternative zur ursprünglich geplanten Pressekonferenz am Dienstag, 3. März um 9.10 Uhr, seine automobilen Neuheiten digital präsentieren.

In einem Online-Stream werden Ralf Brandstätter, Chief Operating Officer der Marke Volkswagen, und Dr. Frank Welsch, Entwicklungsvorstand der Marke Volkswagen, unter anderem den neuen Touareg R mit Plug-In-Hybridtechnologie und die achte Generation des Golf GTI2 zum ersten Mal vorstellen.
