Vizrt announces special dividend distribution

Further to its announcement of July 12, 2013 on receipt of Capital Reduction Court Approval, Vizrt Ltd. announced today, the distribution of a special dividend of MUSD 25.0. After tax at Company level, the gross amount to be distributed is NOK 136.7 million (approximately USD 23.2 million), or NOK 2.02 per ordinary share (USD 0.34 per ordinary share).

From this amount the Company shall withhold taxes at source at a rate of 15.33%. The net dividend to be received per ordinary share shall be approximately NOK 1.71 (USD 0.29 per ordinary share).
