Vizrt Ltd. (Frankfurt Prime Standard: VIZ) wurde von Fidelity Investment International darüber informiert, dass die zusammengefassten Stimmrechtsanteile der Fidelity Investments International Gruppe die 5%-Meldeschwelle überschritten hat.


Fidelity hat Vizrt gemäß § 21 WpHG darüber in Kenntnis gesetzt, dass
sie zum 30. März 2005 insgesamt 1.315.414 und damit 9.1% aller
ausstehenden Aktien von Jpbvt Zll. pwzbp.
