Ab dem 17. Juni 2011 können Elektroautos in Berlin Solarstrom tanken. Anlässlich des E-Mobility-Day wird auf dem Gelände der Gewerbesiedlungs-Gesellschaft in Berlin-Mitte (GSG) die erste Solartankstelle der Bundeshauptstadt eingeweiht. Als Partner des Aktionstages liefert der deutsche Systemanbieter Vario green energy die Module für die Photovoltaikanlage auf dem Dach der Ladestation. In der begleitenden Ausstellung präsentiert das Unternehmen aus dem schwäbischen Holzgerlingen sein umfangreiches Angebot an Dienstleistungen für Photovoltaik.

"Wir freuen uns, dieses ökologisch sinnvolle Projekt unterstützen zu können", sagt Axel Fellhauer, Geschäftsführer der Vario green energy.
