Gemeinsam geht es besser: Um innovative Kooperationsprojekte in Mathematik, Technik- und Naturwissenschaften beider Bremer Universitäten zu fördern, schreiben die Ernst A.C. Lange Stiftung und die unifreunde den Ernst-Lange-Preis 2008 aus. Damit soll die effektive Zusammenarbeit von Wissenschaftlerinnen und Wissenschaftler der Universität Bremen und der Jacobs University Bremen honoriert werden. Die Kooperation beider Universitäten in wichtigen Feldern der Lehre und Forschung ist für den Wissenschaftsstandort Bremen von großer Bedeutung. Mit dem Preis soll zugleich der wissenschaftliche Nachwuchs eine Förderung erfahren. Der Lange-Preis ist mit 5.000 Euro dotiert. Die Bewerbungen und Vorschläge sind bis zum 19.
