Analysten Studie zeigt: Post-Implementierung sprengt das Budget

Ein ERP-System muss nicht teuer ein. Eine aktuelle Studie von IDC, die im Auftrag von Agresso durchgeführt wurde, zeigt jetzt aber: Die meisten Unternehmen verkalkulieren sich bei der Implementierung einer ERP-Applikation. Als Hauptgrund für die Sprengung der veranschlagten Budgets nennen die befragten Unternehmen die unerwarteten Kosten, die nach der Implementierung der Software entstehen.
IDC hat über 250 Unternehmen befragt: Bei jedem zehnten teilnehmenden Unternehmen wurde das Budget bei Anpassungen nach der Implementierung um 75 Prozent überzogen. Das Ergebnis überrascht nicht, denn die meisten Implementierungen im Finanzbereich werden sogar um 100 Prozent gesprengt.
