Seit kurzem ist Truma mit einer eigenen Seite auf Facebook präsent. Das Unternehmen informiert über Aktuelles und bietet wertvolle Tipps und Hinweise rund um die Truma Produkte und Services. "Natürlich gehen wir auch auf die Fragen und Kommentare unserer Fans ein", erläutert Monika Prandl, die bei Truma die Internet 2.0-Aktivitäten verantwortet. "Wir werden unsere Social Media Kommunikation in den nächsten Monaten weiter ausbauen." So ist für 2012 zum Beispiel ein Truma Serviceblog geplant. Neben Facebook ist Truma auch auf Twitter aktiv und hat einen eigenen Channel mit Videos auf Youtube.
