ThyssenKrupp hat das Thyssenhaus im Essener Stadtzentrum in Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs an die FAKT.AG verkauft. Das 1961 vom Rheinstahl-Konzern erbaute Gebäude wurde bis Februar 2015 durch die ThyssenKrupp AG genutzt. Nun erfolgte der Verkauf an die Unternehmensgruppe FAKT.AG, die das rund 80m hohe Gebäude nach einer entsprechenden Sanierung vermarkten wird.
