HDW und DBD erhalten für IDAS den Technologiepreis der wehrtechnischen Industrie in der Kategorie Sonderpreis

Howaldtswerke-Deutsche Werft (HDW), ein Unternehmen von ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems, und Diehl BGT Defence (DBD) haben heute den Technologiepreises der wehrtechnischen Industrie 2007 in der Kategorie Sonderpreis erhalten. Ausgezeichnet wurden Joachim Reuter (HDW) und Klaus-Eberhard Möller (DBD) für die fortschreitende Realisierung des Projektes IDAS, einem neuartigen Flugkörper-Systems für getaucht fahrende U-Boote. Der Technologiepreis der wehrtechnischen Industrie wird vom Ausschuss Verteidigungswirtschaft im Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie jährlich vergeben. Mit ihm soll die sicherheitspolitische Bedeutung von Innovationen auf dem Gebiet der Wehrtechnik hervorgehoben werden. Die beiden Projektverantwortlichen nahmen die Auszeichnung im Rahmen einer Feierstunde in Berlin entgegen.
