Following the Annual General Meeting of Thinfilm on 8 May 2014 ("AGM"), the Chairman of the Board Morten Opstad, and the board members Rita Glenne and Preeti Mardia elected to receive the board remuneration in shares. This implies that Morten Opstad will acquire 56,962 shares, Rita Glenne 31,646 shares and Preeti Mardia 31,646 shares. The number of shares correspond to 120% of the board remuneration of NOK 225,000 for the Chairman and NOK 125,000 for the respective board members, as resolved by the 8 Jbi 8522 RIG.
