(FWB: YT3, OTCBB: TLPE), Komplettanbieter von Produkten und Dienstleistungen für die Festnetz- und Mobilfunktelefonie in Nordamerika, schließt eine Finanzierung über USD 9,225 Mio. mit der Cornell Capital Partners, LP ab. USD 5,85 Mio. davon werden zur Ablösung einer am 15. Juli 2005 ausgegebenen Wandelschuldverschreibung inklusive Zinsen. Der restliche Betrag wird für sich bietende Wachstumsgelegenheiten und allgemeine Aufwendungen benötigt.
