Telekom Austria Group beruft außerordentliche Hauptversammlung ein

Die Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) informiert, dass ein schriftliches Verlangen der Aktionärin Österreichische Industrieholding Aktiengesellschaft (ÖIAG) zur Einberufung einer außerordentlichen Hauptversammlung eingelangt ist.

Die ÖIAG als Aktionärin im Sinne von § 105 Abs. 3 AktG hat den Tagesordnungspunkt "Wahlen in den Aufsichtsrat" beantragt.

Die außerordentliche Hauptversammlung wird am 23. Oktober, 2012, um 09:00 Uhr, in der Wiener Stadthalle, Halle F, Vogelweidplatz 14, A - 1150 Wien, stattfinden. Einlass ist ab 8 Uhr. Die offizielle Einladung und die Tagesordnung sowie detaillierte Informationen werden spätestens bis 29.
